The room was well-equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher, making it convenient for preparing meals. The staff were cute and always ready to assist with any issues that arose.
One major drawback was the location of the hotel. The steep and narrow roads surrounding the hotel made it difficult to navigate, especially for someone with mobility issues.

The location is fantastic, with a fine view and a beautiful, clean building. The suite design was perfect and we loved the smart TV that allowed us to connect our phones. The staff, especially Mr Murad, were very good too make our stay enjoyable. We also received a thoughtful gift from the Hotel Manager. we highly recommend this hotel.

The suite-style room was spacious and comfortable with a fine view of the city. The room was well-equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave, kettle, and dishwasher. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we appreciated the daily cleaning service. The staff was cute, friendly, and always available to assist us. They spoke English fluently and even helped us navigate difficult situations with taxi drivers. Special thanks to Ravi, were really nice to ensure we had the best experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops and public transportation, including the metro. We loved the uphill walk to the city center, which gave us a chance to explore and enjoy the surroundings.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Taksim square. The panoramic view from my room was simply spectacular. I couldn't help but be in awe of the breathtaking Bosporus view right from the comfort of my bed. The basic amenities provided were great, including a microwave and dishwasher, making my stay even more convenient and comfortable. The staff were also incredibly helpful and attentive, addressing any questions or concerns I had.
Everything was great, couldn't ask for more.
